ตำรวจท่องเที่ยวเปิดบ้านต้อนรับคณะทูต 27 ประเทศโชว์เทคโนโลยี AI – รถปฏิบัติการเคลื่อนที่ พร้อมแสวงความร่วมมือประชาสัมพันธ์แอปพลิเคชัน Thailand Tourist Police
ตามนโยบายของนายสรวงศ์ เทียนทอง รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา และ พล.ต.อ.กิตติ์รัฐ พันธุ์เพ็ชร์ ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจแห่งชาติ ในการสร้างความเชื่อมั่นด้านความปลอดภัยในการท่องเที่ยวของประเทศไทย ผลักดันภาพลักษณ์ด้านบวกสู่สายตานานาชาติ
เมื่อวันที่ 25 มิ.ย25.68 : พล.ต.ท.ศักย์ศิรา เผือกอ่ำ ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยว เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุม “Embassy Representatives’ Briefing on Updated Tourist Police Operations and Safety Technology” ณ กองบัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยว จ.สมุทรปราการ โดยมีผู้แทนจาก 27 สถานทูต รวม 62 คน เข้าร่วม
มีสาระสำคัญคือการนำเสนอเทคโนโลยีกล้อง AI มาใช้เพื่อสร้างพื้นที่ท่องเที่ยวปลอดภัย ซึ่งปัจจุบัน สามารถตรวจจับบุคคลตามหมายจับและนำไปสู่การจับกุมได้แล้ว มากกว่า 230 ราย พร้อมทั้งสาธิตการทำงานของรถปฏิบัติการเคลื่อนที่ (Mobile Operations Vehicle) ซึ่งจะได้นำมาใช้เป็น “ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการเคลื่อนที่” ในพื้นที่ท่องเที่ยวสำคัญและกิจกรรมขนาดใหญ่ โดยมีจุดเด่นที่การติดตั้ง กล้อง AI บริเวณตัวรถเพื่อดูแลความปลอดภัย พร้อมระบบเชื่อมโยงกล้อง Body cam ของเจ้าหน้าที่ ทำให้สามารถเป็นฐานรองรับการควบคุมเหตุฉุกเฉิน และจุดรับแจ้งเหตุให้กับประชาชนและนักท่องเที่ยวได้
นอกจากนี้ กองบัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยวยังได้ประชาสัมพันธ์แอปพลิเคชัน Thailand Tourist Police (TPB-APP) แก่ผู้แทนสถานทูต เพื่อนำไปเผยแพร่ต่อให้กับนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติ โดยแอปดังกล่าวเป็นช่องทางสำคัญในการขอความช่วยเหลือและรับข้อมูลความปลอดภัยตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง โดยล่าสุด ได้มีการประสานความร่วมมือกับ สำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง (สตม.) และ สำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย (กพท.) เพื่อเชื่อมโยงลิงก์ดาวน์โหลดแอป TPB-APP ไว้ในระบบ ตม.6 ออนไลน์ (TDAC) ของ (สตม.) และ แอปพลิเคชัน CAAT Connect ของ กพท. เพื่อให้ชาวต่างชาติสามารถเข้าถึงและใช้งานได้อย่างสะดวกตั้งแต่ก่อนเดินทางเข้าประเทศ

Tourist Police Welcomes Diplomats from 27 Countries, Showcases AI Technology, Mobile Command Vehicles, and Promotes the Thailand Tourist Police App
In alignment with the policies of Mr. Sorawong Thienthong, Minister of Tourism and Sports, and Pol. Gen. Kitrat Phanphet, Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police, to enhance safety and build international confidence in Thailand’s tourism industry, the Tourist Police Bureau hosted a diplomatic briefing to strengthen cooperation and promote positive global perception.
On 25 June 2025, Pol. Lt. Gen. Saksira Pheuak-um, Commissioner of the Tourist Police Bureau, chaired the “Embassy Representatives’ Briefing on Updated Tourist Police Operations and Safety Technology” at the bureau’s headquarters in Samut Prakan. The event welcomed 62 participants from 27 embassies.
Key topics included the use of AI camera systems to enhance security in tourist areas. These systems have already contributed to the arrest of over 230 individuals with outstanding warrants. Attendees also observed a live demonstration of the Mobile Operations Vehicle, designed to function as a mobile command unit in major tourist zones and during large-scale events. These vehicles are equipped with AI surveillance cameras, real-time linkage to officers’ bodycams, and capabilities to act as mobile emergency response and reporting centers.
In addition, the Tourist Police Bureau encouraged participating diplomats to help promote the Thailand Tourist Police mobile application (TPB-APP) among foreign tourists. The app provides 24-hour assistance and safety information in multiple languages. The bureau has recently partnered with the Immigration Bureau and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) to integrate download links into both the TDAC (Thailand Digital Arrival Card) system and the CAAT Connect application, allowing travelers to access the app conveniently before arrival in Thailand.

泰国旅游警察接待27国使节代表展示AI技术与移动指挥车 并推动Thailand Tourist Police应用程序宣传合作
根据泰国旅游与体育部长Sorang Thienthong先生及泰国国家警察总署署长Kitrat Phanphet警上将的政策方针，为增强泰国旅游安全信心与国际正面形象，旅游警察总局特邀各国使节参与重要会议，促进合作关系。
2025年6月25日，旅游警察总局局长Saksira Pheuak-um警中将于位于北榄府的旅游警察总局主办 “使馆代表旅游警察工作机制与安全科技简报会”，共有来自27个国家的62名大使馆代表出席。
会议重点介绍了旅游区域部署的AI智能监控系统，该系统已成功协助逮捕超过230名通缉犯。与会代表还现场观摩了**移动指挥车（Mobile Operations Vehicle）**的操作演示，该车辆配置AI监控镜头、可实时连线警员随身摄影机（Body Cam），并能作为紧急事故指挥中心或报案点进行支援。
此外，旅游警察还向各国使节推广了Thailand Tourist Police 手机应用程序（TPB-APP），鼓励其协助向外国游客宣传。该APP提供24小时多语种紧急支援与安全信息。旅游警察总局近期已与移民局及泰国民航局（CAAT）合作，将APP下载链接嵌入TDAC电子入境卡系统及CAAT Connect应用程序中，方便游客在入境泰国前即获取安全服务。
